ABSTRACT: ASM code (Aquifer Simulation Model) was used for modelling groundwater flow and computing inflow into the discharge area of thermal water in Rajecke Teplice area. The graphical output of modelling is contour map of the calculated hydraulic heads that represent steady-state flow simulation without any exploitation of thermal water. Based on boundary condition of the model and hydraulic heads' distribution the water budget was computed for the entire model. The inflow of 20,6 l.s-1 was calculated through the southern boundary, which is considered as the amount of the thermal water flowing into the discharge area at hydraulically unaffected conditions.
